By creating an account or using Swapadda, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Swapadda is a marketplace that connects users to swap, sell for cash, or gift (Blessings) items. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not own, inspect, store, ship, or guarantee items.

You promise that:

• You own the item or have the right to list it.
• Photos and descriptions are accurate and recent.
• The item is legal to sell, swap or gift in your jurisdiction.
• You will honour the listing types you select (Swap, Cash, Blessing) in good faith.

Users meet, exchange, ship and pay at their own risk. Always inspect the item before completing the deal. For higher-value items, meet in a safe public place. Swapadda may help mediate but is not liable for losses, fraud, injury or damage arising from a user-to-user transaction.

A "Blessing" is a free gift. Claimers must request a Blessing genuinely and not resell it. Givers commit to gifting in good faith without hidden charges.

Core listing, swapping and Blessings are free. We may introduce optional paid features (e.g. promoted listings) with clear pricing.

You retain ownership of photos and text you upload. You grant Swapadda a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote your listing within the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swapadda is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of user-to-user dealings.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
